This is a CrossFit benchmark workout.
You can do it in any order, you just have to complete 100 reps of one exercise before moving on to the next
- 100 Pull-ups
- 100 Push-ups
- 100 Squats
- 100 Sit-ups

The warmup was: 2000m row, cooldown was 10 minutes of stretching.
