It's In The Bag

Friday, December 05, 2008

A big part of our training here at BC is moving not only heavy, but odd shaped objects as well,
from point A to B.

Our thinking is; make it harder here than it will probably ever be in real life, so that everything
that happens to you outside the gym is a walk in the park, comparatively speaking.

One of our favorite training tools is the sandbag, because it's not evenly balanced, it's dead
weight, and it's not pretty.

It just lies there on the ground, taunting you, saying "Go ahead, try to pick me up...I dare you."

Last year, one of my superstar man-stud clients, Ken, saved a man that had a heart attack
while at the beach playing with his granddaughter and had started to drown.

Ken attributed his ability to carry the 250 pound plus man from the water to over 50 feet up the
beach directly to the heavy sandbag training that we do here at BC.

So, again, I pose the question:

Is your training program designed for pretty or for action?

While you're pondering that deeply philosophical question, take advantage of our very limited
Body Construction Economic Stimulus Package 1/2 price Special.

That's right, sign up now and get full blown Crossfit training for the half the normal cost,
no strings attached.

If you ask nice, Santy Claus may just give you a  six-pack for Christmas!

Live With Passion,

Roy
