When traveling, it's a good idea to pack a meal replacement bar, such as Zero Impact. My last trip included a 2-1/2 hour lay-over which was perfect for a dinner break. However, we were diverted to another airport to wait out a storm. We were not allowed off the plane since this was not our destination. They did not have any food on board. We arrived at our intended airport as they were finishing boarding our connection flight. That flight was 3 hours long. Long story short, I had one Zero Impact bar between my 7:30am breakfast and my 11:30pm dinner. I sure was glad I had one with me, but next trip I'll take two bars.
