We talk about The Paleo Diet all the time, which is awesome, but the official diet of CrossFitters everywhere is The Zone Diet, which is all about eating foods in very specific combinations and at very specific intervals to control blood sugar, minimize Insulin release and control silent inflammation.

Combine it with The Paleo Diet and you've got the ultimate program for optimal health and being able to participate in CrossFit and life in general in full out BEASTMODE!

WOD
Quad Killa

Tabata Air Squats - lowest number of reps is high score
1 minute rest
10 Rounds Parking Lot Sprints - Rounds 1-4 are 1/2-3/4 speed, then all out!
1 min rest
1/2 Mile Back ward Run - 5 minute time limit after which is penalties as follows:
5-6 mins - 25 burpees / each additional minute afterwards add 10 more burpees
