Started training today for the Madeira Beach Sprint Triathlon (the race is this Sunday - that should be enough time to get ready, right?)1/2 mile swim in the Four Seasons pool15 mile stationary bike w/random hills3.1 mile run on treadmill1:35:18 including way long (6 min) transition between swim and bike. Actually feeling better right now than post-Eva on Monday!
